This is Why.

I've noticed that a couple other people have recipe blogs, and I decided why not. This way I NEVER lose a recipe, and if someone wants a recipe from me they can just come here and find it. It might be easier than calling and asking me to repeat it back to them. Brenden says nobody wants my recipes, and that's okay, this is just so I never lose them :o) Sorry if some of these don't make sense to you.

Jello Cake

1 cake mix
1 lg pk jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
8 oz cool whip, thawed

Make and bake cake as directed on package for 13x9 inch pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Poke cake all over with a fork. Stir jello and boiling water in sm bowl until dissolved, stir in cold water, pour over cake. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Refrigerate for 2 hours, frost with cool whip. Store, covered, in fridge.
